Breckenridge
The Town of Breckenridge can boast that it is
the only municipality in the world to own a Jack Nicklaus designed,
27-hole golf course.The clubhouse sits at an elevation of 9,324
feet. At this elevation the golf ball flies farther and straighter
than at lower elevations, as there is less air resistance. The
air not only allows you to hit the ball farther, but also offers
temperatures that make you forget about the heat of the summer.

Basin
This year 60-year-old legend offers the highest
skiable terrain on the north-American continent. Half of the
mountain is above timberline with open bowl skiing and snowboarding
through spring and into early summer. One of its signature runs,
Pallavincini, is one of Colorado's longest and steepest trails.

Breckenridge
This season is an exciting one here in Breckenridge.
New this year, Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Town of Breckenridge
boasts a new Gondola that will transform the way visitors access
the town and mountain and starts the first of two new base villages
at Peak 7 and 8. Breckenridge's Gondola will debut in December
2006, and will set a new standard in the role of mass transit
in growth and development. |

Copper
Mountain
The day on the hill just became a little longer
because of Copper Mountain's new nighttime jib park, known as
"Night Riders Jib Park." The park will be open from
5 to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays at the base of the American
Eagle lift, adjacent to Burning Stones Plaza in The Village
at Copper. The jib park will include boxes, rails, and other
urban inspired features. The layout is different each week.
The Jib Park is open to skiers and riders of all ability levels
at no charge. |

Keystone is home to three magnificent mountain
playgrounds—Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and The Outback.
There’s something special for every skier and rider of
any level at each mountain. There are more than 3,000 vertical
feet and over 3,000 acres of bumps and bowls, glades and steeps,
groomers and rollers to be experienced. |

manages a system of 29 backcountry huts in the Colorado Rocky
Mountains, connected by 350 miles of suggested routes. We provide
a unique opportunity for backcountry skiing, mountain biking,
or hiking while staying in safe, comfortable shelter. Huts system
includes the popular Summit Huts in Summit County.
10th Mountain takes reservations for a great variety huts, ranging
from cabins located within a few miles of a trailhead, to backcountry
shelters that are many miles from any other signs of civilization.
